Awkward Birthday Party

Ok, so Ceasar is in Rex's life so he would know the correct date for his birthday. Ceasar decides that it would be a great idea to throw Rex a birthday party, but because Ceasar head is in the clouds he kinda just invited everybody.
when the party went south he decides to sit back and observe the psychological behavior between the individual persons while Rex is trying to put out the fires.
